These terms govern access to Cleburne County Criminal History, including its articles, links, and search tools. Code § 41-9-601 restricts false-pretense procurement and unauthorized communication of offender information. Those statutes do not make this private site a government records custodian.

12. Changes to These Terms

The operator may revise these terms. A revision takes effect when the updated text is posted on this page.

13. Cutting Off Access

Access may be limited or ended at any time, with or without notice, when the operator chooses to do so.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions remain effective. The affected language will be adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
